Rose Williams has more than 24 years of experience in global supply chain, logistics, procurement, import-export and operational management. Currently, she serves as the export and distribution supervisor at Cray Valley. In this critical role, she leads a team of account coordinators to manage sales orders, customer service and regulatory compliance in the United States. Through her leadership, she ensures operational continuity, customer satisfaction and alignment across our network in the United States.

Rose has a master’s degree in management and communications, which provides her with a strong background in team leadership, strategic communication and stakeholder engagement. Her combined technical expertise and leadership skills make her a trusted partner across departments.
Rose started her career with the International Committee of the Red Cross of Geneva, where she managed procurement, warehousing and emergency logistics in a demanding environment. Later, she deepened her expertise in roles such as a supply chain and operations manager, SAP analyst, customer relationship coordinator and more. Each role gave her insights into complex logistics systems across regions and industries.
Rose has often been one of the few women in male‑dominated spaces. However, she’s turned her experience into a source of strength and advocacy.
