Takehiro Namimoto is a Technical & Business Development Manager at Cray Valley. He has a background in business management and studied rubber chemistry and rubber engineering after graduating from university.

In his role, he finds providing new technology information to customers and witnessing their business success with Cray Valley's products to be the most rewarding and fulfilling aspects.
One of Takehiro's favorite projects at Cray Valley was the successful materialization of new business for a specific automotive rubber parts application. This experience gave him confidence in his technical knowledge and was a memorable moment when the customer achieved business success with his technical proposal.
He attributes his success in his role to his expertise in rubber technologies and formulations, as well as his knowledge of chemical structures.
Outside of work, Takehiro enjoys jogging, particularly during the spring season when the SAKURA blossoms are in full bloom. He also has an interest in reading novels, technical papers, and business papers.
