Raphael Finge is the Sales and Operations Planning Manager at Cray Valley. He holds a Master's degree in industrial engineering and came to Cray Valley with diverse experience in packaging engineering, project logistics and supply chain management.
He was attracted to Cray Valley because of its customer-centric approach, productivity, efficiency and quality. In his current position, Raphael leads eight global units to fulfill customer needs and tackles daily challenges that deepens his knowledge and adds more value to his role.
A few of his key accomplishments at Cray Valley include enhancing productivity, optimizing capacity utilization, improving inventory management and implementing digital supply chain optimization tools. He is also leading his team in contributing to sustainability initiatives such as the sustainab-ALL Total Energy program.
Raphael finds Cray Valley's safety-oriented the most important aspect of the company’s culture. He also values the emphasis on teamwork, critical thinking and effective communication.
Instrumental to his success at Cray Valley is his expertise in lean manufacturing, eagerness to learn and problem solving. These qualities enable him to make intelligent decisions and avoid waste in the supply chain flow.
Outside of work, Raphael enjoys exploring innovations through research studies, videos and documentaries, as well as staying physically active through sports.
