Pauline Vitoux, R&D Manager at Cray Valley, brings a wealth of experience and a passion for innovation to her role. With a background in materials science and eight years in the automotive industry, Pauline transitioned to Cray Valley, initially managing the Carling R&D Lab before ascending to her current role, in which she leads a team of 16 people from the Carling and Kralupy labs.
Drawn to Cray Valley's familial culture and autonomy in R&D management, Pauline finds fulfillment in providing technical support to production and fostering a cohesive team environment. Her favorite projects involve plant support initiatives, where R&D efforts directly impact production efficiency. In particular, Pauline is passionate about innovating sustainability solutions, such as using bio raw materials and finding eco-friendly ways to circulate waste.
Within Cray Valley, Pauline describes a culture of unity and camaraderie, envisioning herself as a nurturing figure within the R&D family. Her success is attributed to her diverse skill set and ability to deliver accurate on-time results under pressure.
Outside of work, she enjoys family time, as well as hiking, photography and finding solace in nature.
