For Cray Valley, a TotalEnergies affiliate, safety is a core value that shapes and defines our culture and operations.
This year, we’re proud to announce that two of our sites have achieved significant safety milestones. Our Grand Junction plant in Colorado, United States has reached six years without a recordable injury. Additionally, our Kralupy plant in the Czech Republic has not experienced a recordable injury in three years.
“This achievement is the result of our continuous efforts to improve our safety procedures. It also reflects the dedication and discipline of our teams in the field,” said Eva Hrabovska, HSE global coordinator at Cray Valley. “Congratulations to our teams for setting exceptional safety standards!”
“We implemented several effective safety measures, including life-saving checks which audit the safety of work sites during ongoing activities, enhanced permit-to-work procedures and safety training for contractors,” said Petr Dvorak, plant manager at Kralupy plant.
Brock Curry, plant manager at the Grand Junction plant, noted the success of new safety policies too. “The established measures have strengthened our safety culture and helped minimize risk in daily operations. It is a great motivation for our team to keep high safety standards,” he said.
“The measures we’ve put in place are now part of our daily routine,” said Vojtech Janáč, head of operations at the Kralupy plant.
These achievements reflect our tireless effort and dedication to safety for all our employees.
